November 29, 1906 "Menu Records"

The Edison Phonograph Monthly, January 1907 published "A Thanksgiving Menu" in their January 1906 edition which they called "a most interesting piece of printed matter." Originated by the Buffalo Phonograph Company, Buffalo, New York in November 1905, the following menu for November 29, 1906 featured Thanksgiving menu items and an Edison Record Number thematically related each menu option.

This page features all but two of the menu items which can be heard by selecting the songs title.
